Safari and Tour Booking Terms and Conditions
Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ cc Reg. Number 2007/217425/23 herein after referred to as “Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™” accepts bookings subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which agreement shall be the whole agreement between the parties.
The Booking
This booking and subsequent contract shall be deemed to be have been concluded in Johannesburg, South Africa and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
The parties consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court of Johannesburg in terms of the provisions of Section 45 of Act 32 of 1944 as amended but is specifically agreed that Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ at its instance will have the discretion to sue in the Supreme Court of South Africa.
All prices and services are correct at the time of publishing. All prices, services and departures are subject to change without prior notice.
Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ reserves the right to alter the published price of any tour due to increasing tariffs, costs, and entry fees or fluctuation of exchange rates, such amounts shall be determined at the sole discretion of Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™.
Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ shall not accept any booking where the booking or indemnity form is unsigned or incomplete in any respect.
No booking shall be considered confirmed until a written confirmation slip has been sent to the agent/ client and the full payment due paid and all cheques honoured.
Deposit and Payment
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. This amount forms part of the payment for the trip and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the client/ agent.
Should you be paying by International Bank Transfer/ EFT, please make sure that the amount Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ receives is the amount invoiced and not less the international transfer fees.
Payments made via our online credit card facilities will attract a 3.7% administration fee
If the full payment is not paid by twenty-one (21) working days prior to departure, Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and the deposit shall be cancelled.
Cancellations
In the case of a booking cancellation, Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™ shall retain the full deposit. If a booking is cancelled less than fourteen (14) days business days prior to departure date, then the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows:
14-7 days- 75% of Total fare, 7-0 days- 100% of Total fare
Any passenger joining the tour after the departure date, or not at all, or leaving before the completion of the tour for any reason whatsoever, is not entitled to any refunds from Pilanesberg Safaris and Tours™, or entitled to claim any costs for any added expenses.
